1. Overview

Crossance respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our invoicing platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (such as name, email, and company details), business data you enter (clients, invoices, transactions), and technical data needed to operate the service (such as device/browser information and authentication logs).

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve Crossance, authenticate users, secure accounts (including optional two-factor authentication), generate invoices and reports, and communicate service-related notices.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us host and operate the service (such as database and authentication providers), subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Client portal links

When you share a client portal link, recipients can view limited invoice details associated with that secure token. Do not share portal links publicly or with unintended recipients.

6. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

7. Your choices

You may update profile information in settings, enable or disable security features such as two-factor authentication, and request account deletion where supported in the product.

8. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@crossance.com.
