By creating a Crossance account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Crossance provides invoicing, client management, and related business tools for freelancers and small teams. Features may change over time. Some capabilities, such as payment processing and regulatory exports, may be offered in demo or preview form until fully integrated with third-party providers.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Crossance for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or to upload malicious content. You remain responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax information, and client communications you create through the platform.

5. Data and availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You should maintain your own backups of business-critical records where required.

6. Limitation of liability

Crossance is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
